Carrie's mule shape makes them easy to slip on as soon as you walk in the door, and soft underfoot cushioning and lightweight EVA soles give cloud-like steps! A fluffy collar gives your feet an extra hug to keep you smiling as you snuggle up on the sofa.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us, unworn, in their original packaging within 28 days for a refund of the amount you paid for the item or an exchange if you prefer. Your returns note and a free postage label are included in your delivery. If you cannot locate your returns label or you need another copy, please request one from our Customer Care team, noting your order number in your message.

Looking for width fittings? Our women's footwear comes in between a 'D' and a 'E' width fitting, while our men's styles are a 'G' fitting. These are a little wider than the average high street fit. By the nature of their design some footwear will come up narrower or wider.
